I'm a Bioinformatics Programmer in Clelland Lab at the UCSF Weill Institute for Neurosciences. I received a BA in Computer Science and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2023. My interests include the following: data platforms, data engineering, inference, prediction, full stack development, online communities, genomics (whole genome sequencing, disease association, genome editing and personalized medicine), computational biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics and synthetic biology.
