Patrick Issagholian-Lewin

I was formerly a Research Engineer in Clelland Lab at the UCSF Weill Institute for Neurosciences, where my research focused on high-throughput tools for the development of gene therapies that cover multiple people (precision medicine). I'm currently pursuing an MS in CS at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and I received a BA in Computer Science and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2023. My interests include the following: distributed systems, data platforms, data engineering, inference, prediction, full stack development, online communities, genomics (whole genome sequencing, disease association, genome editing and personalized medicine), computational biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics, and synthetic biology.
